1、 Ideological innovation
At the beginning of the company's entrepreneurship, under the special background at that time, it formed a unique mode of thinking and way of working. The boss was in charge of everything and took the lead. The other staff only followed closely, so they achieved the success of entrepreneurship. With the continuous expansion of the scale and the increase of personnel, the original working mode can not adapt to the development of the company, so we need to establish a new thinking of keeping pace with the times.
1. The content of management should be clear. In the eyes of many managers, managers just lead the staff to surprise production tasks, other things don't matter. This is the typical entrepreneurial thinking. Everything focuses on production and delivery, regardless of gains and losses and costs. In fact, there are a lot of management contents. We can carefully understand them one by one according to our own work responsibilities. Every step of change, even if it seems to be a slight change, is innovation, which may bring unexpected benefits; Third, according to the actual situation of each department and workshop, each manager should create a suitable innovation atmosphere, give full play to the innovation initiative and enthusiasm of the whole staff, and achieve the effect of high flame when people collect firewood; The fourth is to learn from the working methods of the same industry and advanced enterprises and organically graft them, which is also innovation.
2、 Innovation in action
After implanting the idea of innovation into people's hearts, we should put the specific work of innovation into action. In the next step, the company should take the following measures:
1. Establish innovation management system. In line with the principle of glorious innovation, encouraging innovation and inclusive innovation, establish and improve the innovation management system. The administrative department shall take the lead in formulating the innovation management plan.
