In the past period, the administrative department carried out a surprise inspection on smoking phenomenon, and also seized the smoking personnel on site and reported to deal with it. However, I think the intensity is far from enough. In order to eliminate the hidden dangers completely and to defend the company we built with sweat, I give you the next death order: from now on, all smokers must quit smoking. If they feel it difficult to quit smoking, they will take a month off and return to the company for work after smoking successfully. 1. All employees are forbidden to enter the company with fireworks. Those who violate the regulations are deemed to be arson. The first offender will be fined 500 yuan, and those who repeat the violation shall be dismissed.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the plant (except for reception room), and those who are found on site shall be dismissed.

3. The responsible person of each department is the first person in charge. If cigarette butts are found in the area, the person in charge shall be assessed according to 50 yuan / branch. The department head has the right to dismiss smokers. Once found, they shall report to the administrative department for the dismissal procedures. If smoking is seized by the company, the department head shall be jointly and severally charged with RMB 200 / time.
