1、 Plate division

1. The first edition is the company's important news, which is in the charge of the administration department. It mainly covers the company's major events.

2. In the second edition of the special issue, the special departments and workshops "take turns" to reflect some experiences and practices, reform and innovation, positive energy communication, news trends, etc. Special order: marketing department, production department, quality department, technology department, finance department, administration department, towel weaving workshop, dyeing and finishing workshop, No.1 whole decoration workshop, No.2 whole decoration workshop, printing workshop, Tianxi towel weaving workshop, Tianxi whole decoration workshop and Wangwu workshop. That is: in May 2016, the marketing department was in charge, in June 2016, the production department was in charge... In June 2017, Wang Wu garage was in charge. Then it goes into the second cycle.

3. The third edition, which is jointly organized by six departments, reports at least one report reflecting the contents of the Department( When handling the second edition, you may not participate in the third edition.

2、 Relevant requirements

1. The idea of running the newspaper this time is: let all the employees pay attention to the points, and each employee can at least see some people and things in the Department (workshop) when reading the newspaper. Therefore, the head of the Department should stand at this height to treat Tianfu people, not to let his subordinates down, not to let his department lose its position in Tianfu people.

2. The person in charge of the Department (workshop) is the first responsible person, responsible for the quality and quantity of the layout of the Department (workshop), especially the second version of "taking turns in charge", must be prepared in advance and carefully designed. Create a "show style, establish an image, exchange what is needed, and improve together" cultural plate.

3. Newspaper manuscripts should be submitted to the administration department before the 30th of each month for revision, editing, proofreading and printing, and published and distributed on time on the 15th of each month.

4. Each page needs about 3500 words of material. The more manuscripts you have, the better. If necessary, you can add more pages.

5. The company awards excellent works from the contributions.
