Some time ago, our company adheres to the development strategy of striving for development in adversity and survival in competition, and has achieved satisfactory results by implementing a series of relevant measures.

1、 Overall layout

"With the company as the core, there is Tianxi in the north and Wang Wu in the south. The Trinity runs through the north and south." This is a recent planning layout of our company, which plays an important role in the development of our enterprise, the integration of labor resources, and even the promotion of regional popularity.

In the "Trinity", the infrastructure construction and comprehensive index requirements of Tianfu home textile and Tianxi home textile have been gradually improved according to the specifications, and Wangwu workshop is still a weak link. Wangwu is located in the southernmost part of Gaomi, with a relatively remote location and abundant labor resources, which has the advantages of traditional sewing industry. However, its existing working environment, facilities and scale can no longer meet the needs of development. Therefore, the company decided to move out of the old site, build a new position, upgrade the level and expand the scale.

2、 Implement the plan

Since entering may, our company's production delivery is urgent and the task volume is large, especially after the new task of handkerchief in shannei, the production pressure is further increased. The workshop organizes competent personnel from the inside, seeks social forces from the outside, and works overtime every day to carry out raids.

At the same time, the workshop relocation work under the personal command of the company's leaders, technical personnel on the specific, from the community to mobilize relevant personnel from the workshop to participate in the laying of lines, installation of equipment at the same time. The whole process follows one principle: not only can the production be affected by the relocation, but also the relocation must be completed by the end of May.

At 8 pm on May 27, the relocation of Wang Wu workshop officially started. The trend of the general trend and the direction of the people's heart need not be mobilized and urged. After a simple division of labor, all the staff of the workshop scrambled to actively participate in the action. The electric tricycle has become the most effective tool for this relocation. More than a dozen electric tricycles are all driven by employees from their homes. Several family members of the employees also come to help. For a time, the mighty motorcade became a charming scenery in the night. By 2 a.m. on the 28th, it took six hours of spare time to move all the equipment, products and materials in place and put them in order. Five hours later, at 7 a.m. on the 28th, I officially went to work in the new car shop.

In the whole process of relocation, no one complained, no one was lazy, no one cared about the payment. At that moment, what I saw was passion, vitality and teamwork; At that moment, I saw the spirit, the hope and the mainstay of the workshop; At that moment, there was only one common belief in our hearts: for the sake of a better tomorrow.

3、 Build a nest to attract Phoenix

Moving into a new car shop is like the first step of a long march. It has a bright future and a long way to go. On the one hand, with the improvement of the working environment, the comprehensive quality and technical level of the workshop will be further standardized in accordance with the standards and requirements, and the rigid indicators will be improved; Second, on the basis of the above conditions, the focus of the work is to recruit and expand the scale. The company will increase publicity, improve the recruitment regulations, and use internal staff publicity to recruit professionals to join the Tianfu family.
