1、 Expand capacity and improve quality.

At present, dyeing and weaving are the bottleneck affecting the quality and production capacity of the company. Whether it is dyeing and finishing capacity or weaving capacity, it has become the main factor restricting quality, quantity and delivery on time. The existing equipment status and personnel allocation have become the obstacles for the company to undertake more and more orders.

Therefore, the company has purchased new jacquard machine, warping machine, sizing machine, automatic cutting machine, automatic edging machine, dyeing and finishing equipment and printing equipment. At present, the equipment in place is: 8 imported Jacquard machines and 1 domestic warping machine; One automatic cutting machine and one automatic edge wrapping machine; 34 sets / set of dyeing and printing equipment. After these equipment are in place, the company organizes competent personnel to carry out installation and commissioning, and it is expected that the installation and commissioning will be completed and delivered to use by September.

After these equipment and facilities are put into normal use, our capacity will be greatly improved, especially dyeing and finishing and printing capacity will be doubled. With the improvement of capacity, the quality assurance capacity will be improved obviously. Automatic cutting and automatic wrapping will make the packaging work from manual operation to automation gradually, and the stability and controllability of quality state will be improved.

2、 Improve environment and efficiency

With the increasing of weaving equipment, the former weaving workshop is crowded and difficult to accommodate. In view of this, the company decided to re layout the weaving workshop, namely, the new covering winding shop, and integrate the winder and dyeing and finishing winding cylinder; Move out the b-warehouse and assign the original area to the preparation workshop; Exchange the finished product warehouse and the fabric shop area.

After this layout adjustment, the process will be more intensive, and the turnover of products and materials will be more simplified, especially the transfer of the fabric workshop, further optimizing the weaving space and promoting the improvement of the management level on site. The newly moved weaving workshop will be equipped with air conditioning, the temperature and humidity of the workshop will be further guaranteed, the working environment of the staff will be improved obviously, the machine stop rate will be reduced and the work efficiency will be improved.

3、 Strengthen environmental protection, expand capacity and control pollution

The development of enterprises should not be at the expense of environment, but rather reduce profit space and ensure the blue sky. With the improvement of dyeing and finishing capacity, the original sewage treatment system will not match it. Therefore, the company decided to invest more than 2 million yuan to expand anaerobic treatment, activated sludge and contact oxidation treatment facilities, which improved the sewage treatment capacity from 800 cubic meters per day to 1600 cubic meters on the original basis

The wastewater treatment system after the transformation has more than enough sewage produced by the existing printing and dyeing equipment. The existing biological treatment and drug treatment of sewage treatment are quite obvious, COD and ammonia nitrogen indicators have reached the national standard. 4、 Improve diet, heart staff
