Managers dare not manage people and act as "good people", which is extremely terrible. What exactly does a good man look like? Once "good people" appear in the management team, it will form an extremely dangerous enterprise atmosphere. This kind of atmosphere will make the whole enterprise lose the positive fighting spirit, can't shoulder the sacred responsibility given by the company, will make the management become pale and powerless, and fall into the strange circle of "not dare to punish for violations, not dare to say for mistakes". As a manager, we must have the courage to take responsibility. To be a "good man" is to shirk responsibility. If we are not qualified managers, we will be eliminated by the company sooner or later. The company needs good people, who are full of righteousness and have the courage to take responsibility, but the company never needs "good people"! It is hoped that all managers should put the company's interests in the first place and take it as the basic principle of their work.
