Through expert review, the company realized the access of printing and dyeing industry

On October 28, 2016, the expert group of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China came to our company to review the admission of printing and dyeing industry in 2016. Li Xiannong, general manager of the company, led the staff of the expert group to visit our new fabric workshop, bleaching and dyeing workshop, printing workshop and the sewage treatment under expansion. The expert group gave full determination to the environmental protection awareness, technical level and equipment improvement and site improvement of our company, and put forward many Guiding Opinions on energy conservation and consumption reduction.

The work of printing and dyeing industry access is very important, it is not only the embodiment of the overall strength of the enterprise, but also the pass of the industry access. This is a new entry condition determined by the state to accelerate the structural adjustment of printing and dyeing industry, promote energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable development of the industry. The first requirement is that the printing and dyeing project should adopt advanced technology, adopt the equipment with low pollution intensity, energy saving and environmental protection, and the main equipment parameters shall be tested online and automatically controlled; Second, printing and dyeing projects should be given priority to the selection of high efficiency, energy saving and low consumption continuous treatment equipment and technology; Third, the existing printing and dyeing enterprises should strengthen the technical transformation, eliminate the backward processes with long process, high energy consumption and large pollution. Because of its importance, the country has also adjusted the entry threshold higher and the review work is stricter. Printing and dyeing enterprises that do not achieve access will gradually face rectification and even shutdown.

After our enterprise independently declare, provincial industrial competent department verification recommendation, expert group review, spot check, seek the opinion of Ministry of environmental protection and other procedures, finally successfully passed the review. Our company is one of the five enterprises in the list of enterprises (the fifth batch) that meet the requirements for admission of printing and dyeing industry (revised edition in 2010). The successful access of printing and dyeing industry is the affirmation of the national work on equipment improvement and technical improvement of our company, and will also take the lead in the fierce market competition, and lay a good foundation for undertaking more orders.
